Findings from the fourth excavation and restoration campaign of a late-medieval structure at Torralba d’en Salort unveiled
Excavation work revealed one of the building’s interior spaces, where archaeologists documented a well-preserved stone pavement, a long bench built against the wall, and a monumental sandstone corner suggesting the existence of an upper floor.

The campaign focused on two main objectives: the study of human remains found inside a dwelling and the investigation of the hearth, the core of prehistoric domestic life.

Over 2,000 students took part this school year in the Talayotic Menorca educational visits through the Healthy Youth and Culture Programme
The Healthy Youth and Culture Programme, promoted by the Department of Culture of the Consell Insular de Menorca through its Education Service, has enabled more than 2,000 students from the island to discover Menorca’s historical heritage during the 2024–2025 school year.
